4

In one moment,
by which I mean a thousand years,
I came to this conclusion:

3

I enter the temple you built for me.
I receive new clothes.
The priest puts a gold bar in my mouth.

2

A door left open.
Miniature constellations swirl about your head.
A moon rises from your temples.

1

I live in the shadows of your mind.
The sound of a bell scraping the sides of your gardening shears.
I am.
